Kellie Reynolds

Allied ASID | Co-Founder & Principal Designer

Kellie Reynolds is an Allied ASID interior designer with over a decade of professional experience and a formal degree in Interior Design. Her career began in Scottsdale, working with design showrooms and local firms where she built a strong foundation in both creative design and project management.

In 2015, Kellie co-founded Smith Reynolds Interiors alongside her mother, combining their shared passion for thoughtful, timeless interiors. Under Kellie’s leadership, the studio delivers personalized residential designs that blend the clean lines and warmth of Mid-Century Modern style with the unique needs and personalities of each client.

Kellie’s design philosophy centers on creating spaces that are both functional and reflective of the people who inhabit them. She carefully balances aesthetic inspiration with practical living requirements to craft homes that feel inviting, curated, and enduring.

Kellie lives in Arcadia with her husband and two children, where the rhythms of family life continue to inspire her design work. Outside of the studio, she enjoys teaching Pilates, exploring vintage shops, and spending time with loved ones.

Co-Founder

After a rewarding career in healthcare, Melinda followed her passion for interior design—learning through classes, books, and many of her own home renovations. She built a successful workroom business creating custom soft furnishings, which grew into a full interior design business. Melinda developed a particular expertise in kitchen and bathroom design, shaping many of Smith Reynolds Interiors’ signature spaces.

Now enjoying a quieter pace of life in retirement with her husband in North Scottsdale, Melinda has stepped back from daily operations but remains an important part of the team. Her years of experience and keen design eye continue to guide and inspire the studio’s work behind the scenes.
